Craig — who will be responsible for ensuring the operational, technical capability and leadership develop within the business — recently held interim positions as managing director for Cortland Partners, as well as executive director at Ramboll Buildings Group in the UK.

Rob joins F3GROUP — which is in the process of launching its public and private sector partnership model — from property recruitment services specialist Deverell Smith, where he was a client services director.

He will lead the company’s revenue growth in developing and expanding its delivery partner model and build on the momentum created from F3GROUP’s joint venture with Prosperity Wealth in Birmingham.
